Adverse Weather Conditions
If your centre is conducting Functional Skills, iGCSE or timetabled Vocational Qualifications examinations this month and you have queries regarding the conducting of examinations in light of the current adverse weather conditions you must contact the relevant Awarding Organisation for further advice and guidance. For JCQCIC members' contact details, please click here.
On 1st January 2014, the JCQ transferred its assets and operations to the Joint Council for Qualifications CIC, a not-for-profit Community Interest Company. The documents issued by the JCQ at the start of the academic year 2013-2014 will remain valid for use until they are reissued or updated for the new academic year 2014-2015. Documentation published following 1st January 2014 will be issued by the JCQ CIC and will bear the new JCQ CIC logo. For further information regarding the JCQ's change of status, please click here.
Should you require any clarification or guidance on any aspect of examination administration please email email@example.com.
If you have a query relating to a candidate who may require access arrangements, or require further clarification in respect of the JCQCIC publication 'Access Arrangements and Reasonable Adjustments' please send an e-mail message to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will receive a prompt written response to your query. This will allow you, and indeed the JCQCIC, to have an electronic record of the information conveyed.
The JCQCIC will only accept queries/questions by e-mail.
Please note, the JCQCIC is unable to advise centres regarding the running of examinations for BTEC and other vocational qualifications, or IGCSE qualifications. If you have queries relating to BTEC and other vocational qualifications, or to IGCSE you will need to contact the relevant Awarding Organisation directly.
