I am a member of staff at a school, college or a centre

I want to change my centre contact details, or staff details.

Please email the National Centre Number (NCN) Register ncn@ocr.org.uk if you want to change any contact details for your centre.

I have a query on centre inspections.

JCQ does not deal with individual student or parent queries regarding exam arrangement, special consideration or access arrangements.

I have a complaint about a school or college.

JCQ does not deal with individual complaints from students or parents.

Please send your complaint directly to the senior leadership team within your school or college.

I need a replacement certificate for my past results (GCSEs, A levels or other).

JCQ does not hold exam results for individual students.

Please speak to your school or college who may be able to help.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, or are unhappy with the outcome, you can write to:
