Switchover dates will be decided in conjunction with your MIS provider who will be in contact with you.

For centres in Northern Ireland or those who receive support from their Local Authority rather than directly from their MIS Supplier please see the contact list in the contact us section.

Centres with homegrown MIS will make the decision on when to move to A2C in conjunction with JCQ and their own business requirements. For a list of homegrown centres please click here.

Centres that do not have an MIS but instead use the JCQ Awarding Organisations’ extranet services to process order and outcome data will not be affected. Extranet services will be updated in due course to reflect the new A2C standards and processes that are currently being developed.
