JCQ Suspected Malpractice Policies and Procedures
The Suspected Malpractice Policies and Procedures document has been updated and is now available on our website.
There have been some changes to the policy, including:
- Detailing our obligations to prevent malpractice and the steps we take to do so
- Steps we expect centres to take to prevent malpractice
- Greater clarity about how malpractice incidents are reported and how they are investigated
- Greater clarity about conflicts of interest and how these must be avoided/minimised during the investigation process
- Introducing a summary procedure for simple, straightforward cases. Those who receive sanctions can request a review of this decision
For full information, please check the document on our website.
