Guidance Revised August 2025
During the summer holidays, awarding bodies may need to contact centres to resolve urgent results-related issues. Providing senior designated contact details helps ensure these queries can be handled quickly and reduces the risk of delays to students’ results. Centres are asked to nominate at least one senior contact who can be reached outside of term time.
For the attention of heads of centre, senior leaders within schools and colleges and examinations officers.
